Bot was on the ground level when it should of gone up the stairs to click it above.
Is this a PathService problem or a bot problem? Can not dumb target on the flashing blue object here is a NPC next to it which probably isn't helpful at all.

It can't seem to understand what floor it is on in that building for this quest.
This quest is mostly a manual process so far.
