Bot not catching any Pokemon (Pokemon not showing on map, either)

I started the bot while my computer was set to Mountain Time and nothing happened,but looting. (Log 1)
Then, I closed the bot, changed time zone to Eastern Time. Re-started bot and noticed a couple of Pokemon show on the map for a brief second, then nothing (Log 2)

NOTE: My inventory or my Pokemon capacity have not been met yet, I still have enough room for both.

When I run too fast on Pokemon Go, the app asks if I'm driving and I have to confirm that "I am the passenger"
Does Pokefarmer resolve this message automatically?

Yes the bot resolves that auto'. I am having a similar problem, not many pokemon in my usual local farming spot and there are heaps there
