Bot not attacking. (mage)

Problem
My mage will run to it's destination and will stop and target the mob but not attack follow it for about 20sec then blacklist it and then go afk. Stuck and need your guys help. Thanks in advance. :D

Unsuccessful Solutions
I've tried everything I could think of, never came across this problem before. Tried different CC's, reinstalled several times, removed plugins, and tried several different profiles (both grinding and questing); but still can't get it to run properly.

Im having the same issue on all my character tried re installing, running with no plugins all the cc's available and every one of my characters will not attack it really really sucks

are you sure your logging into the character BEFORE starting the bot, and if you switch characters to restart the bot completely.

yes I am 100% positive, I know how to use the bot, this is the log, this is my problem....
 
try switching to amplify CC for mages.

Edit: I know this is a dumb questions but I have to ask. Your only lvl 16 have you gone to your trainer and learned frostbolt? You get it at lvl 7:D

Hi my problem is similar i am using kicks questing profile with amplify's mage cc. but my mage does everything perfect except when he goes to attack he will attack once then just afk stand there. i think below is the problem but i cant tell. im new to BH
