Bot not able to click 'Complete Quest' when turning in a quest

Hi, I just started using honorbuddy and I created a Blood Elf Hunter to try out the profiles. My toon works well except when returning the quest. It just keep clicking on the NPC to return the quest but it can't seem to click the 'Complete Quest' button. Sometimes when the quest has no reward items, after a few clicks, it manage to click the 'Complete Quest' button. However with quest that has reward items, it just keep clicking.

How do I resolve this?

make sure all your wow addons are disabled and that wow keybindings are on default
