Bot Misses Set/Legendary Pickups after Avoidance or being Jailed/Frozen by mobs

Just noticed that the bot is missing loot pickups especially after being Jailed/Frozen by mobs. Any solution for this?

Also what's the optimum Setting for "Wait For Loot Drops Time" for 300ms Aussie Ping?
