Bot Login Problem

When using the bot I cannot log in with my name Boxedpanda, although I can log in with the emailed name HB5162G67. Is there anyway I could use Boxedpanda to log into the bot? As I cannot remember the name HB5162G67 and I have to look it up in my email when I want to log in.

HB stores your log in info... username and pass. So you only need to enter it once

That's not the problem. He made his forum acct after he purchased the bot, and in this way was given a generic login username for the HB service.
