Bot loads but wont run

I have all the pre req installed verified with the buddy wizard and by double checking downloading from the new links provided. When I start it after setting it up it just stops with the error i provided in the txt file.

Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
Never had this issue in the years I have used this product only reason i am submitting this.

Do you have a "move only" skill on your Skill Bar?

Actually that's the problem, my code for detecting that has broken. A new build will be made soon fixing this.
