Bot laggy/choppy after fresh windows 7 install

Ok..
I wiped my laptop last night and installed a fresh copy of windows 7
Now my DB doesnt work..
I installed all the up to date drivers..
-bios
-chipset
-gfx
-direct x
-all the windows updates
-all the .net framework and redistributables i can find
-ran the Dependency installer from the other thread and it says its good to go.

I used the installer of the release version. Also tried the beta version and same issue.
Ran both as admin
Raised the priority of D3
Tried different profiles
I updated both versions to the newest trinity and quest tools

Obviously im missing something.. All this worked fine yesterday and now it doesnt.
When I run DB it lags so bad that eventually it ends up just stopping and standing in place.

We are few with this problem too... No support for the moment....

i got mine figured out.. somewhat..
I disabled zone alarm completely and it works fine.. now i just gotta figure out what to change in zone alarm
