Bot keeps trying to catch fleeing Pokemon

so i botted this night and was slightly upset that it is dumb enough to actually keep throwing balls at the 6th fleeing pokemon in sequence. got me "Restricted response from game server. Please try again in 12 hours."
would be good if pokefarmer stops after 2nd "fled".
