Bot keeps NOT repairing. What to do?

My bot can't repair, nu matter what profile i run, it's always going to red gear, and keeps dying

I'm running ProfitMaster's paid gathering profiles for herbs in Stormheim atm, but it also kept doing this with the free gathering profiles in val'sharah etc.

Am i missing something?
