at your main Hb folder you can see a subfolder called logs

while posting hit the "go advanced"button and attach the file here

Thanks Tony for all the assistance. I discovered what the problem was. My interface screen settings were set to fullscreen rather then windowed (fullscreen) which caused WOW to minimize instead of just move to the background. Honorbuddy will not communicate with WOW when it is minimized. Thanks for your efforts in helping me with this problem but as you can see it was not Honorbuddy but me (the operator)...lol

i agree with you Tony about reading the guides, however, i have found it difficult to filter through and find the proper guides for honorbuddy. Honestly i have not found a guide instruction manual anywhere. i see where it is posted often by others to refer to manual or the guide but have not seem such things. everything is sort of vague and the user is kinda left in the dark. Then when questions are posted in the forum or clarification is needed regarding the product there seems to be sarcasm directed at those of of us who are confused and limited our knowledge. perhaps there could be an easier method to accessing the information we new users need. Maybe a few links that are placed in a new members section or such...

make sure ur on the admin acct for your computer

if you are, try running wow and hb as admin

report back
