Bot keeps attempting to TP while being attacked

I've noticed my bot will keep trying to TP even when being attacked by mobs.
Obviously it often dies because of this.
Is there a way to fix it?

First off, have you cleared the quest which unlocks the tele skill yet?

I definitely have it though. This is level 60 botting.
 
you get the same with a non beta build or another profile?
 
try rrrix's profiles instead and let me know if you get the same
