bot keep targeting and clearing NPC's for quests

Hi so i hope im in the right spot here to post this. im on questing bot in pandaria. this bot kkeps trying to go turn in its quests but it just selects the NPC then clears the NPC. it doesnt turn in at all. i have tried manually doing some quests then starting it again it doesnt work. its the same thing with picking up quests too. i have tried two combat routines and its the same for both, which led me to believe maybe it was a bug in the bot. also im using cava currently but the reason i switched to cava was because i thought maybe it was a kicks problem. so yes it did the same thing when i was using kicks. i think it all started right after the ninja patches. well ok heres my log. if this is not the right spot to post this please tell me where to go. thanks! and disable any wow addons you may have

I got it to work on singular. it was a clean install. i will try with no plugins tomorrow, on the other combat routines
