Bot just stands still after combat till Dc'd

As the title says I made my own profile and sometimes not always I am not sure 100% what the factor is but my bot when it finishes fighting a mob that attacked him after mining he doesn't mount, nor does he move, just stands till he goes afk and get's dc;d. I attached log

I used Zaprecorder Beat for the profile and the latest hb
was used with GB2
