Bot isn?t starting GUI

have been running hb since month without any problems, since yesterday I don?t get a gui, the process is running.
Someone know?s what?s going wrong??

there is a new Hb release out,grab it and make a new Hb installation from scratch

I?ve been adding 3 because i updatet netframework and other components from windows between the starts.
