bot is not working.

i've purchased the lifetime POE bot and i've tried all the different links to download the current version of it.... this is what i get when i try to open it, this happens after i put the KEY in it.

There was a client patch tonight, please wait for an update. :)

While you wait, please read over the Support F.A.Q.

Beta will be updated first tonight, and Release will be updated tomorrow. You can find information on the two though the links in that FAQ.
 
ah okay, so we just had a bad timing to try it out.

Yeap, this game patches a lot. A new Beta is building right now and should be done in ~4 minutes. After initial testing is done with it and nothing seems broken, as this Beta update got some changes to the GUI, a Release will be made tomorrow.

few ok. thats totally cool that you guys operate so quick. i wasn't even aware of a recent update.

so this server will work on America correct?

i was nervous that i spent a lifetime sub and it robbed me haha...

anyway. thanks again for such a quick response, seems like i've made the right purchase :)
 
Yeap, Exilebuddy only works for the international version of PoE (GGG's hosted stuff). Garena's hosted versions are not supported.

The forums can get kinda slow during the holidays, and sometimes there are off hours patches when no one is around, but as long as you bought your key from us, we'll do our best to help you when you have issues. :) Just know that sometimes you might have to wait a little while, but we've not forgotten about our users.

Please attach a full log and I'll take a look. That error is not related to your skill configuration, and I'm not sure why you'd be getting that on a brand new install.
 
in the email i got with the key for the lifetime subscription. it says i have 3600 days left on the key when first used... does the lifetime not really have lifetime? lol

The whole "10 year = lifetime" is just how the system is setup. We can only hope the project has a lifetime long enough to reach that. ;)
 
I don't know how that is handled, since none of our projects have reached 10 years yet. I don't do anything with Keys or Auth though, but maybe there's an answer elsewhere on the general forums. :)
 
is there an update on this bot yet? i still see the same version on these forums... can someone give me a link or an ETA by chance?
 
After a patch, there's a delay when Release is built, but Release should now be working. It was built ~13 hours ago whereas Beta was built ~22 hours ago.
