Bot is not even starting !

Hello there ! I Need Help fast please.
Yesterday i reinstall my windows and now i download again Honorbuddy, i download it and i also Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details , but it still do now work , i start it and it says to me : "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application " , what i need to do ? why i can't use Honorbuddy like before ?
