Bot is grinding adds that someone else already tagged

Any idea how I can make the bot ignore adds that others are already attacking? I don't wanna help others kill things while grinding XP.

I'm using the http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...lion-exp-h-valley-four-winds-virmen-nest.html and singular.
