Bot goes to quest destination, does not complete but then continues to the next stage

Does anyone else get this:

I've had it happen a lot on Coruscant, especially with quests that require the use of Lifts.
The bot doesn't seem to get in range or sometimes, opens the lift floor selection but then does not select a floor or the bot decides to talk into the wall because it thinks its on the floor above or below.
Also the bot decides to not select several NPC's which are required to be talked to, but the bot does stand within range of them.

Character just got into range of republic transport speeder but did not click on him.

For some reason the bot wanted to take the speeder, but no other points were found.....so it could not. Something to do with http://kicks-swtor-scripts.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/Republic/10-50/Light/%5bR%20-%20Light%5d%2017-22%20Taris%20%5bKick%5d.xml?
