Bot gives error on start

I see everyone is using the bot happily, seems only I am strugling for 2 hours already to fix missing .dll files errors with no luck, I got missing api-ms-win-crt-time-l1-1-0.dll, missing api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll and several others dll missing, i tried updating the windows, i installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 update 3, I tried adding this dll files manually, everything failed, when i added the fails manually the error message changed to "The procedure entry point realloc could not be located in the dynamic link library"

So do you have any suggestions ?
