bot gets knocked back

I'm leveling a hunter atm and when I bot it gets knocked back like 10 feet when it gets close to a mob, it looks like he's jumping backwards, but it doesn't happen when I try to grind the mobs myself, happends on all mobs.

anyone got any clue to what's up?
