Bot get stuck and profile never loads properly after a level up

I've been digging for a while on this error but have come up empty. Sorry if this is posted somewhere already. Everytime I level up the bot stops attacking properly and I see the stuck error in DB. He'll do that until he dies and then just randomly moves around like he's stuck until I close DB and reopen it. A simple start and stop doesn't fix the error.

I think it must have been plugin related. Using less plugins worked but I lost a bit of functionality.

I spoke too soon, but I guess it isn't set for just level ups. That part must have been coincident. I'll upload another log. It did happen after a death though, then a teleport, then stuck.
