Does it for me when I change a profile. Questing in MoP is down right shit. I just bought two more HB keys and using them is point less. I am so frustrated.

clear your settings folder and try again

if you still got problems,try dx9 if you are on dx11 and vice versa

does the same thing for me all the time i gave up on fixing it i just click the box that says ignor and attempt to continue then click send or dont send it doesnt matter usually works after that

did you try deleting the settings folder as tony suggested?

i tried to delete the settings folder, didnt help.

what is dx9, dx11 and vice versa?

In graphics options, you can change the DirectX type.
