Bot freeze/sync out crash

Sometimes it crashes with this error code. Can someone tell me what happens? I ran read, it says out of sync but I watch while this happens and everything just happens the same way as normal. Is there something I can do to prevent this from happening, or is it just going to keep happening, or a feature that will make the bot start again automatically, since I usually just click Start again immediately and it works fine.
