Bot Falsely Launches

The bot launches with the following dialog:

Then after the dialog is dismissed, the application closes then relaunches itself without an error.

This also happens to cause key loss so I assume it does something with settings. If I try and enter a key I am met with:

I have attached the associated logs but they don't show anything.

It's worth mentioning that I have run the buddy requirements app and also downloaded and installed the preqs (C++ redist).
