Look like DX9 is missing ^^ did u try to reinstall it ?

Or maybe this : How To Fix Dx9.dll is Missing / Not Found Error

Unfortunately i have a shitpiece notebook and i need swiftshader to play this game on my office notebook. So i cant use properly this bot on my pc
