that is not the plugin bugged .

Have you checked C:\Users\Snipe\Desktop\Winterbuddy 1.0.440.156\Plugins\CitsuHelper\Config\Global.xml if exist?
If yes, please remove spaces here on name of folder "Winterbuddy 1.0.440.156"
