Bot doesn't start - need help

My program doesn't start apears this error and ask me to reinstall the program. I already reintall it but the error still here. Any tip for solve this?

Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 from Official Microsoft Download Center

Install that

Ty for the anwser ICKR i already solve the problem.
Missing a few windows updates that's why that error occours. It's working like a charm now =)
