Bot Doesn't open

I'm using VMware to allow me to bot through a different ip ect.

When i normally run HB nothing happens

When i run HB as admin i get the error:

.net framework initialization error:
unable to find a version of runtime for this application

I have downloaded and installed XP SP3
.net framework 3.5 many times

but still this doesnt work, any help?

UPDATE: An older version loads fine, 2.0.0.4620.

Loads with no issues.

you gotta use the .net 3.5 sp1 for xp

hmmm but doesnt xp sp3 come with everything in sp1??
