Bot doesn't follow quest line properly

When i have my bot leveling for me, it won't grab quests that lead to future quests, it will just travel to the location of where a quest would be and just waits and it will say in HB "Waiting for quest cursor to appear" or something along those lines. I usually have to do certain quests myself to get it to the point of where it wanted to start then it would level by itself, but then it would do it again. I'm not sure why it's not following the quest line correctly. I can barely get it to quest without it stopping at a spot where a quest would be.

So i did a whole new fresh reinstall with the link you sent and the problem is still occurring.
