Bot doesn't attack anything from lvl 1

So the bot doesn't do anything than walking to a spot and then stays passive. It doesn't use secondary or primary attacks. What do i do to fix this?

Step 1. Post a log please. There are literally dozens of things that could be wrong and probably easy fixes.
