Bot Does nothing

Yesterday i purchase pokefarmer. I set everything up log in into my Poke go account and ran bot for 6 hours it does nothing except walk around.it goes near pokestop but doesn't grab any pokeballs.Is there something in settings that i'm missing..View attachment 2017-03-13_T03_22_26.txt

one of my trainers started to do the same. He is just walking between pokestops on LA beach, getting tan and not catching pokemons, lazy b****** . Maby some kind of ban?

this forum is quite useless. Moderators are asking for screenshots of settings (what settings???) , posting logs (what logs????) , and not giving single word about possible problem. Just asking for more details without actually helping their customers. Sometime I think they have not idea what they doing..

Hi sntcls, I think we all need to be a bit patient to support pokefarmer. They are not perfect but I can see they are trying hard to help. At least better than many other products.

my account not in softban status .
i used default setting, only change the location & uncheck stop randomly on pokestop & take rest.
