Bot does not pick up keys from Key Wardens

I run key warden (By danalec) and I noticed that sometimes Trinity skips picking up the key and simply ports out.
Has anyone else noticed that? Any fixes? I don't think it has anything to do with the profile itself (unless there needs to be an added pause after the key warden is killed?).
