Bot detect?

By scanning memory addresses inside wow.exe which may be written by programmers.

I was wondering if changing the name of the .exe file would overturn this?
Instead of honorbuddy.exe I always have my bots changed to excel.exe or something similar.

Still botting on my main account. Just bot wisely. And it seems that people who used Gather Buddy in MOP area got affected.
Same story that happened in Uldum back in Cata.

Is not true that for MOP area. One tread was farming low lvl ores. In fact, now is most danger cross realm I think.

Name it to a famous addon by curse.com
and say you got a bad /fake update via the curse.com client.

If you legitly got banned, you did something very bad and noticeable.

out of 1Million users, 1 person gets banned? lol

The only way they can do it, checking the sequence bit patterns inside the memory address. Everything else you do is irrelevant unless of course you have a malware of some sort / botting 24/7 or using poorly scripted .xml profile. Here is an example of memory address, obviously not the same program that blizzard uses but similar methods to find / point out:

wow.webp

Hope this helps, happy / safe botting

Herbs and Ore approx 7hours a day using Arelog

Have you ever sold gold, or posted a lot of stuff on AH?
Except for that, only if you got a lot of reports from others because honestly, I don't think you'd be flagged because of 7 hours.
