Bot Crashing when i click start bot

every time i click 'start bot' it crashes and says not responding. i click start bot to put my login details but crashes. my system is a 64bit but the bot is 32bit any ideas?

I have the same problem but i don't get to the part of "Perform authentication..." (see your logs) it just freezes once i start it. Anyone know the solution?
