Bot crashing game

Bought the trial of TL and could not get it to work. Tried to get forum access and was unable to get any system emails from you guys to go through gmail, so I used a company email address and here I am for a fix.

I tried the trial for TL and as some have reported in the past it would crash the game on starting.

Win 7 64 bit
Game is on low graphics
Game is in windowed mode
Bot is extracted to a random folder in a directory of my choosing

Am I missing something fairly obvious?

If possible I would like to see if I can get remote help after buying another trial key.

Problem is version I think

Downloading via the link to the right of the main page is working.

The download link provided to customers after the token pass on checkout is not the newest version.
