bot crashes all the time

hi every time i try to start the game it crashes

plz help me

you can find it under TL main folder
 
That version is ancient, download the latest from the link on the main page.
 
Hello! ! ! At start the bot to me gets out a window that there is no MSVCP100.dll file though it is (((that to do to me prompt
