Bot crash/Reset settings

It would seem my bot once again have... i dont know, crashed or something and in that process it forgot ALL the settings i have put in it, this have happend a few times, even thou nothing to see in the logs it just stops as it usually does, however, setting up everything again really aint that funny...

so, is there a way to save all settings to an extern file where i can load them from when this happens? or some other fix i can use for this??
