Bot Close for no reasons

i have a problem where the bot sometimes goes off and disappear from task manager
i dont have anti virus
my firewall was off

please help i couldn't complete 1 arena

i cant play a normal game >.< always i get disconnect for loosing the connection , do you know what the causes ?

no im using a pc and Cable to router
