Maybe, Pokefarmer can incorporate a scanning map or a combination applications/maps to know exactly where Pokemon are in any given area...
GoRadar, for example, lets us know where most Pokemon are and what their IV's are...But, there's many other apps out there that let us know where most Pokemon are located so that we can just walk up to them and catch them.
