Bot Buddy dont work

I just bought this Buddy. And cant run atm i use windows 10 64 bit and windows 7 x64 bit and on this 2 systems dont work.
Im stuck...

completely restart your pc, then.

wow needs to be running in 32bit mode.
to do this watch this video. it covers every possible way to get wow to start in 32 bit mode.

after wow is started in 32bit mode, get fully logged in and in game, then start honorbuddy by right clicking "honorbuddy.exe" and clicking "Run as Administrator"
