Typically, this happens when you lose your connection to the auth server (are you on wireless?) or your session was killed though BuddyAuth.

If you continue to have this problem, you'll have to contact Support, because it's not an Exilebuddy issue, but rather a BuddyAuth issue with your PC/network.
