Bot attacking every mob regardless of pack size/cluster radius

Just had some freetime today so i babysit the bot. Im currently running wizard as leader and 2 followers. I notice leader will attack any mob it counters regardless of what mob/cluster radius setting i change.
I also get the following message after i saved a config:
[Trinity 2.14.39] Saving Config file
[Trinity 2.14.39] Saving Avoidance Data
[Trinity 2.14.39] TPSActual=15
[Trinity 2.14.39] Saving Config file

I have tried mob size 9-15 and cluster radius 15-40 but nothing have changed so far. Trinity is the latest version.
Please help

Problem seems to be fixed when i closed/restarted DB
Will report if anything changes.
