bot ask me about update again and again, and no work

Hi people, I only want to say I install (my first time) the tankleader in my laptop... after finish, I put my activation code and appear a windows message saying about update... I accept and seems like is updating but when finish this is not runnning.... say again and again and I never can log in. I download the tankleader.exe from the website where the manual say and I run execute and the zip and nothing...

I forget say... if I ignore the update say something about "Tankleader can not start because it didn't initialize propertly. Please correct all the errors in the logs and restart Tankleader"

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
