Bot and Dead Tanks

The pathfinding on the bot is greatly improved, it now moves around the map and doesn't get stuck on many objects. Occasionally I see it trying to climb a wall but overall nice improvement.

One issue that still remains is when the bot runs into a dead tank. It will move back "for 5 seconds" according to the debug, and then it will move ever so slightly to the side, and then try to move ahead again. The move to the side is so insignificant that it just runs into that same dead tank again, over and over.
