Hello all,
My problem with the WotB
Bot is never keeping it and always losing during a run
I have a fully geared IK-set barb and it's fine with the Fury. A LOT of fury
Probably I made a mistake in my build:

I've tested even Keep Depths 2 where are a huge mob denscity but bot doesn't keep it anyway
WotB with a bot sems to be very innefective compare to other skills
While I can easily control it by my hand

Any help?

WotB is impossible to keep up unless you play really high MP or your dps is low and high crit chance. This is because they nerfed the proc rate of nado ticking into the fray from 0.2 to 0.08 in like 1.06 to 1.07 (I think then.) There is no other better skill as it pops WotB on for hard elites only (if it doesn't, change that setting) and probably keeps you from more deaths. It's basically the best speed steroid in the game.

My suggestion is as long as you're sprinting everywhere, you're doing okay. My bots never keep WotB up all the time, it's not a problem. If you really want longer WotB try geting bash - instigation as your main attack and switch superstition to bloodlust.

trick to keeping it up is to get packs low then move on while still having the other pack of mobs still chasing you. unfortunately the bot wont move onto new mobs until its killed most of the current pack that its fighting. this leaves you with 'gaps' while the bot runs around looking for new mobs to fight.

its just one of those things i dont think it will be able to do.

playing by hand i can keep it up no problem. though i have nearly 70% crit chance.

my best suggestion which i found effective is to drop superstition (you shouldnt be having any fury trouble with 5pc) and pick up boon to knock 30sec off cooldown of WOTB

This nails it. Other advices to raise your wotb uptime:

go 1 or 2 mp levels up. You need thrash mobs to NOT die from 1 ww, but to die to the Run like the wind hurricanes. There is a huge difference between mp7 and mp8 for me in wotb uptime.

If you are not using scoundrel, get it on. Put a buriza with 13+ freeze % and a freeze chance % amulet on him. The added crit and the continous freezing help a lot, you need to try it in order to believe the diference. It will also make you feel you are playing at a lower mp in monster damage.

There is an optimized barbarian.cs somewhere in rixx act 3 thread. It will use the fury generating and spending skills better, you'll need to download it and replace the old barbarian.cs at C:\Users\XXXX\Desktop\Demonbuddy\plugins\GilesTrinity\Abilities.

Last, the most important aspect is the profile. Some very good profiles like rixx are not especially good for Wotb barb. The one that gave me the highest uptime and the best results was Ultima magi, you should try several to find the one that suits you.

EDIT: If you are doing mp10 rend is fine; if lower mp is your preference, I'd switch rend for overpower, the added crit rune. In fact given your wotb issue, I'd change it anyway, added crit will always help.

Yes, I've just checked the Instigation Bash and Bloodlust. Tested on Keep Depths 2
Bash seems to be doesn't work with Rend (bot rarely uses this) and I can't see any difference compare to WarCry Charge! rune
Bloodlust probably add about 2-5 seconds on WotB duration. In total it's almost similar to Superstition but without damage reducion (Bloodlust)

I don't know why but Boon of Bul-Cathos doesn't work for me. It always 120 sec cooldown not 30 sec as it wroted in the description of the passive skill

Did some research and what can I say... This works better than WotB:

What do you guys think about Overpower and Ground Stomp? Can I keep these skills or there is something better?

I think bot will loose his WotB anyway because of the poor mob density atm

Thanks in advice

uif you have problems with Trinity you must report it under Trinity's section

It works well, read the description again, it lowers the cooldown BY 30sec not TO 30secs, would be seriously overpowered with 30sec CD :D
