Last night there was an update and I did it. I was redirected to a page where I was supposed to download a program (something with .net). I did the same. Everything is downloaded and installed. But now when I open the bot, it loads the first 2-3 lines and then crashes, every time. Fortunately, I made a backup copy before the update, but that's not a solution.
I have written a ticket to support, but reading through the forum it seems that support is not very reliable. Hence the question to the community: Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know how I can fix it? I have paid money and would therefore like to be able to continue using the bot as usual.
