Does this happen for everyone? Whenever I change zones/instances the bot stops and I need to restart it. Gives some error about not doing something for a while and that it might crash, but it does crash every time I zone. Any fix for this or is it just the bot?

Yes. Its the same for everyone. You need to close it and open it again in the new zone.
