bot account doesn't have 'Appraise" feature

I have the most current version of Pokemon Go on my phone.
When I play with my legit account, I can use the new" Appraise" feature
but when I log in with one of my botted accounts, the game doesn't have this feature

why is that?
 
Why would you need it when you know the exact cp

all your botted accs don't have it?
 
I did run a test about this and appearently all google account wont have this option but PTC account have it.
 
All my bottled accounts never got banned


Also my Google account has it.... I just had to update app
 
This is available in the app? I don't have it. Is it possibly a test in certain areas?

yes. i updated PG to version 35 - th most current version. i see the appraise option with legit account.
but when i log in with botted account. i don't see this option. the game version while logged in to the botted account is version 35. so, i should be able to see the appraise option but i don't...
 
Did your botted accounts already join any team?
Because if you didn't join any team.
The Appraise would not appear.

Oh yes. The appraisal comes from my gym leader. But I haven't joined a gym yet. Thanks - mystery solved.
