I almost missed this, as for some reason its not an official post but is put as a header item on the forum page(s).


"On Thursday, March 16, 2017, Bossland GmbH, and its directors Mr Zwetan Letschew and Mr Patrick Kirk admitted, in and for the purposes of proceedings before the High Court of England and Wales, that the sale of its software which it sells as Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy, Demonbuddy, Hearthbuddy, Stormbuddy and Watchover Tyrant, to any person resident in the United Kingdom, constitutes an infringement of Blizzard’s intellectual property rights and an inducement to players of Blizzard’s games to breach their agreements with Blizzard. Accordingly, Bossland and its directors are no longer permitted to advertise or offer for sale such software to UK residents."
 
the site for purchase is geo location locked.....Ill let you find ways of changing you ip to purchase :D
I can confirm if ip is changed, purchase works, and bot still logs and runs in even with a uk IP

yes im in the uk too...so are a fair few of the profile creators etc
 
I have an interesting question, since I reside in Scotland where there is a different legal system and courts should this affect us? As it was a ruling by an England and Wales court. Not the entire of the UK.
 
erm.....scotland is part of the uk and ruled by english law, untill you lot vote yes to devolution, it will stay that way lol
 
I stand corrected....funny we just had the discussion on discord about ireland too

but due to the UK Parliament at Westminster can pass laws on reserved matters – in general, those with a UK-wide or international impact still apply to scotland, so your not out the woods :D

reserved matters include :-

benefits and social security
immigration
defence
foreign policy
employment
broadcasting
trade and industry
nuclear energy, oil, coal, gas and electricity
consumer rights
data protection
the Constitution


so consumer rights and data protection

lol yeah...problem is uk is having a big *****down, with the league of legends law suit, the kodi stream blocks and snoopers charter...we are all f***ed
 
Yeah, that is unfortunate... I really don't want to play by hand... So lazy! So yeah, on discord Bossland said the UK auth servers have been shut down, does that mean that we cannot even use the bot now? I purchased a 1 year sub on the 11th of this month. I believe it might be too late to get a refund... :(
 
the bot let me login earlier today there are a few of us on discord from the uk atm
 
IF uk servers are shut down can we not just use other regions servers, i cannot get it working with my tunnelbear account
 
Hmm, what VPN are you using? I normally use Cyberghost. Remember, if it is a Europe key your VPN will need to be within europe. I normally just place my VPN to France or Poland lol
